FIELD: circuit-opening devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed multipoint switch designed to afford great number of ON/OFF operations of miscellaneous sensors, devices, and other pieces of equipment for long-time to pick off various data has three-channel power conduit. Two channels are occupied by metal bars or wire. Third channel is designed to accommodate movable electricity conducting components of switch made in the form of series of electricity conducting material drops set within system of sealed channels at desired variable pitch; their displacement by means of movable contact member positioning device provides for sequential connection of electric circuit pieces of equipment. ^ EFFECT: reduced cost of laying communication lines; reduced nonferrous metal input for multicore cables and sometimes ability of fully replacing them by three-channel wire. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
