PURPOSE:To make easy coating of hard type vanish in order to prevent low frequency noise and realize coating of vanish in the uniform thickness by hardening the vanish dropped on the transformer core under the rotation through the heating process. CONSTITUTION:The windings 3 formed in both sides of transformer core 2 of transformer coil 1 are held by a chucking jigs 4 from both sides and these are rotated at a specified speed. Next, a vanish dropping nozzle 7 is provided at the upper part of transformer core 2 and the surface of rotating transformer core 2 is coated with hard type vanish by dropping the vanish. Thereafter, the surface of transformer core 2 coated with vanish is subjected to the heat processing for hardening of vanish. As the heating process, employment of irradiation of infrared ray, ultraviolet ray, etc. is desirable. Moreover, inductive heating is also desirable for the heating process in a short period of time. |
