PURPOSE:To pass the dissolved air through a tubular high molecular membrane in a vacuum chamber at high speed and to remove the dissolved air with high efficiency by providing a heating means for keeping the inside temp. constant at the outer bottom part of the vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION:A self-controlled panel heater for heating the inside of a chamber 2 to a specified temp. is provided at the outer bottom part of the vacuum chamber 2 housing a tubular high molecular membrane 1. The inside of the vacuum chamber 2 is kept at specified temp. and pressure, and a liquid to be eluted wherein air is dissolved is passed at a fixed speed. Accordingly, the same amt. of dissolved air in the liquid to the eluted 6 is removed, and the amt. of dissolved air in the eluted liquid is reduced to a fixed concn. The eluted liquid is suitable used for liquid chromatography. The temp. may be kept at high temps., however the vapor of the liquid is also permeated when the temp. is too high. Consequently, the temp. is preferably regulated to <=40 deg.C. |
