<p>PURPOSE:To form a stable gap and stabilize coil inductance by forming a gap through attachment of a fixing tape to be used for fixing the EI type magnetic core to the surface of I type magnetic core which will become the abutting surface of the EI type magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:A fixing tape 13 is attached to the abutting surface of I type magnetic core 12 and the E type magnetic core 11, this fixing tape 13 is continuously attached to the external circumference of E type magnetic core 11 from the other side surface of I type magnetic core 12. Thereby, the EI type magnetic cores 11, 12 are fixed under the abutting condition. Therfore, it is unnecessary to arrange a gap paper to be abutting surface of the EI type magnetic cores, eliminating unstability of gap due to deviation and bending of gap paper. As a result, coil inductance and can be stabilized and workability of assembling can be improved.</p> |
