PURPOSE:To position securely a voice coil in a magnetic gap with a proper gap left, and to facilitate a manufacturing process and to obtain the high-precision gap for the voice coil by making the center pole of the speaker variable in external diameter. CONSTITUTION:While the voice coil bobbin is fitted onto the center pole 6, its external diameter is expanded almost to the internal diameter of the bobbin by using an expansion rod 8 and a voice coil 2 is wound around the voice coil bobbin. Then, the coil 2 is coated with an insulating adhesive 2, and they are placed in an oven 3 and heated and dried while the external diameter of the pole is expanded. Thus, the heat drying is completed and the assembling process of the speaker in which the voice coil bobbin is fitted to a diaphragm 5 and the coil 2 is positioned is carried out while the external diameter of the coil 2 is still expanded. The pole 6 is returned to the original external diameter after the assembly by loosening the expansion rod, and then a uniform gap is formed automatically between the pole 6 and coil 2. |
