The device has seats (1) for a driver and/or a passenger seated on a side of the driver inside a cab interior (2) situated below a roof (3). The device has a production assembly (9) integrated in thickness of a backrest, where the assembly produces pulsed hot air flow. The air flow is delivered and oriented above upper part of the backrest by an adjustable distributor (17) in a direction immediate to the lower side of the roof (3).
