PURPOSE:To enable the sublimation transfer of a magenta color having good sublimability, by using one or more of coloring matter having a specific structural formula. CONSTITUTION:In a sublimable transfer body according to a sublimable transfer recording system, one or more of coloring matter represented by formula wherein X is a chlorine atom or a bromine atom. The sublimable transfer body is prepared by applying the ink containing said coloring matter to a transfer substrate. The ink containing the coloring matter is usually constituted of sublimable coloring matter, a binder and a compound having absorption in the oscillation wavelength of laser when laser is used as a heat source and prepared by dissolving said components in a solvent or finely pulverizing the same in the solvent by using a ball mill or a paint conditioner. |
