PURPOSE:To exactly pack a resin into the aperture of couplers by a method in which a resin-filling groove and an air releasing groove are formed on the peripheral surface of a replacement pig, and the peripheral surface of atractive pig is of a shape dragging resin by airtight contact with the inner surface of a pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a pig device, a replacement pig 61 is connected to the tip in the moving direction of a dragging rope 3 inserted into a vacant pipe 11 to be repaired, then a dragging pig 62 is connected, and a leveling pig 63 is connected to the rear. When the pig 61 moves in the pipe, a given pressure is given to the resin C between the pig 61 and the rear dragging pig 62. The pig 62 then moves while dragging the resin C along the inside of the pipe, and the leveling pig 63 moves in such a way as to lead expanded resin to stroke on the inner surface of the pipe. The packing of the resin can thus be exactly made and the sealing of the joints can be exactly raised, leading to exact repairing operation. |
