PURPOSE:To improve the processing capacity of the titled circuit by making use of the idle time of an access fed to a key buffer memory from a central processor or a channel processor to replace a key memory. CONSTITUTION:The ports are provided for replacement of reference and change RC bits by taking notice of a fact that the idle time exists at an access which is fed to a key bubber memory KBS22 from a CPU3 or a channel processor CHP4. The address of the port is started at ''0'' for replacement and at the same time the idle time is utilized to refer to a tag part of the KBS22. Then a key memory KSU11 is renewed with the contents of the KBS22 prior to the access given to a buffer memory GBS21 or a main memory 1 from the CPU3 or the CHP4. Then a renewed flag set at a tag part of the KSU11 is set at ''1''. |
