<p>PURPOSE:To produce a desired form at a high speed with the minimum desired key input by setting the contents that can be set automatically as the initial example display elements and displaying these example display elements successively to the general elements for selection. CONSTITUTION:A producer of a form supplies his/her own user ID for display of initial setting example display elements together with a prescribed form production request with key operations. Then an example display mechanism 1 retrieves an idle form out of a prototype form file 8 and reads it out for display. While the individual/organization information on the form producer is read out of an individual data base 3. Based on this information, an individual/organization information file 9 is retrieved for display. Then an example display key is pushed for description of general setting elements. Thus a form example display information file 7 is read out for display. When a desired element is displayed after the example display keys are pushed successively, an enter key is pushed to describe the general setting elements.</p> |
