A transfer film for forming a metal reflection layer of a field-emission type display device and a field-emission type display device including the metal reflection layer formed by the same are provided to enhance productivity by shortening a process time and reducing an error rate. A transfer film for forming a metal reflection layer of a field-emission type display device includes a base film(11), a releasing layer(12), a metal deposition layer(13), and an adhesive layer(14). The releasing layer is made of a graphite and a resin including silica having a particle size of 0.1 to 50 micrometers. The metal deposition layer has optical density of 3.0 to 7.0. The adhesive layer has a thickness of 1.5 to 4.0 micrometers. The releasing layer includes an acrylic resin having a glass-transition point of 60-130 degrees centigrade. The silica has a size of 0.1 to 5.0 micrometers. The releasing layer includes the silica of 3 to 15 weight percent.
