PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration in function due to accumulation of tar by providing a gap in a combustion part consiting of a non-heat conductive fiber and a heat conductive fiber which have specific volumetric ratios. CONSTITUTION:At a combustion part 5, a gap 6 is provided along the circumference in a combustion wick consisting of a non-heat conductive fiber of 70- 90 volmetric ratio and a heat conductive fiber of 10-30 volumetric ratio. As a result, the temperature at the tip end of the combustion wick is lowered, and the temperature gradient becomes small. Further, the air supply is improved and deterioration of function due to accumulation of tar can be reduced.
