PURPOSE:To attain the transfer of maintenance diagnosis data without reducing the transfer ability of a common bus by exciting a control signal to be used for the common bus and sending the maintenance diagnosis data during no transfer of data to the common bus. CONSTITUTION:A data sending display line 4 indicating the actual sending of data to a data line 1 on the common bus 4' is applied to a master control part 1 and a slave control parts 20 or the like. If the display line 4 is not effective (OFF) as the result of the observation of the display line 4 when maintenance diagnosis data are to be sent from a monitoring device 3 to the control parts 1, 20 or the like, a monitoring device bus using dispaly line 5 which is another additional control line is excited and maintenance diagnosis information is sent from a maintenance console 32 or the like to the data line 1 to execute data communication with a control part other than the device 3. When detecting the excitation of the display line 5, which control part recognizes data transmission from the device 3, decides whether the data on the data line 1 are the information sent to the self device or not, and if the information is sent to the self device, the control part operates so as to input the information to the control part itself.
