PURPOSE:To obtain a logic circuit which is not controlled by input/output number by providing two or more base electrodes on the base region of an I<2>L, connecting the base electrode with the conductor of upper layer, and alleviating the gate difference due to voltage drop due to base resistance. CONSTITUTION:Two or more base electrodes receiving input signals I1,..., IN to an AND circuit of logic array are provided in base layers 4BA-1,..., 4BA-N, and the base electrodes are connected with the base layers via parallel upper layer conductors B2-1,..., B2-N. At this time, transistors TA1-1, TA1-N have the same voltage drop due to the base resistors as seen from the input signal in equivalent circuits. When the base electrodes are coupled by the conductor of upper layer perpendicularly crossing the wirings for connecting the transistor of the AND circuit in this manner, the voltage difference of the base and the emitter of the gates can be alleviated to form a highly integrated digital circuit without limit of input/output number in the circuit using the I<2>L. |
