MODE AND MESSAGE SETTING SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC ANSWERING TELEPHONE SET

PURPOSE:To remove the inconsistency between the contents of an operation mode and an answering message and to stabilize the operation of a telephone set by forming a terminating signal detecting circuit and a control signal detecting circuit and inputting the detected outputs of respective circuits to a control circuits. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set TEL and the terminating detection circuit 15 are connected to an office line terminal L1 of an automatic answering telephone set and a control circuit 11 is connected to the circuit 15. The control circuit 11 is provided with an automatic answering function by a deck controller 12 and a cassette deck 13 for sending an answering message and a cassette deck 14 for recording a message are connected to the control circuit 11. The answering deck 13 is connected to the control circuit 11 by a control signal detecting circuit 17 and detected outputs from the circuits 17, 15 are inputted to the control circuit 11. The control circuit 11 detects the inconsistency between the contents of the operation mode and the answering message and controls the analog switches 21, 25 for answering and recording systems to prevent the device from malfunction.
