PURPOSE:To eliminate thick wirings to a driver and to improve the efficiency by intermittently connecting a power source with a motor drive circuit, and supplying a current by a forward voltage generated in the drive winding of the motor. CONSTITUTION:The drive winding 6 of a motor is excited through two transistors 7, 8 and a resistor 9, and when the fact that the exciting current from a power source becomes the prescribed value is detected by the voltage drop of the resistor 9, the transistor 7 is turned OFF to interrupt the power source. Then, the exciting current is flowed through a diode 25, the winding 6 and the transistor 8 by the forward voltage generated in the drive winding during this interrupting period, and when the fact that the current value becomes the prescribed value or lower is detected by the voltage drop of the resistor 9, the transistor 7 is turned ON. Thereafter, the ON and OFF operations are repeated to intermittently supply the exciting current from the power source. |
