PURPOSE:To uniformly mix two materials having different fluid behavior, by mixing the first synthetic resin material, to be molded, with a plasticizer, and then mixing the resultant mixture with the second synthetic resin material to be molded. CONSTITUTION:The first synthetic resin material 8, to be molded, in a reservoir 9 and a plasticizer 10 in a reservoir 11 are fed through a feed opening 2 into the first mixer 1, where the material 8 and the plasticizer 10 are mixed together. Thereafter, a shutter 4 for the discharge opening 3 of the mixer 1 is opened to feed the resultant mixture 13 into a feed opening 15. At the same time, the second synthetic resin material 16, to be molded, in a reservoir 17 is fed into the feed opening 15. After these materials are uniformly dispersed and mixed together in the second mixer 14, the shutter 19 of the mixer 14 is opened to feed the resultant mixture 18 into a reservoir 21. The mixture is then fed through a conduit 22 into a thermal molding device 5 to produce a molded article 23. Molding flashes are crushed by a crusher 7, and then cycled as the material 8 into the reservoir 9. |
