PURPOSE:To execute measurement with high accuracy by providing a recessed notch part on a tapered part of an inflow side of a diaphragm, and making the depth of this part variable by a depth adjusting means which can be operated from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A round hole 20 containing a female screws part 21 is formed on a tapered part 3A of an upstream side of a diaphragm 3, and a recessed notch part is constituted. A tip end face 23a of a male screw 23 serving as a depth adjusting means screwed into the round hole 20 through an ''O'' ring 24 from the outside of a pipe is cut off diagonally at the same angle as the tapered part 3A and forms a bottom face of the round hole 20. The male screw 23 is rotated by a suitable servo-mechanism in accordance with density, and for instance, the tip end face 23a forms the same plane as the tapered part 3A, as shown in the figure, and when it is rotated by 180 deg. in the loosening direction from a state that the round hole 20 is closed up completely, the round hole 20 forms a recessed notch part as shown in the figure, and a spring-up effect is given to a fluid. |
