摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes placement of an axial and azimuthal orientated seed into an inoculating cavity so, that the ends of the mark on the seed coincide with guiding slots of the cavity. Melt is poured into a shell mold, and then the mold is removed from the heaters zone into a liquid metal crystalliser. Azimuthal orientation of melt is set within a range of angle ϕx-[100] values between crystallographic direction [100] and geometric axis X of the blade equal to (35±10°).
