The walker has a metallic structure made of a stainless steel tube. The structure is wider at the rear with respect to front and at the base with respect to top to confer a pyramidal aspect to the walker. The structure is ballast in its lower part by ballasting counterweights (1) fixed to lateral rods of a support frame of a unidirectional fixed rear roller (6) and a front net roller (7), so that the structure deports the center of gravity downwards and increases stability and handling of the walker.
