PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform magnetic field in a broad region by a method wherein annular yokes are equipped to the edges of the magnetic poles of second and third permanent magnets surrounding the edge surfaces of the magnetic poles of a first permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:Soft magnetic body plates 23, 24 are bonded respectively to the edge surfaces of the magnetic poles of a rectangular permanent magnet 21. Permanent magnets 25, 26 of the same degree of length are arranged at the equal interval on both the sides of the permanent magnet 21 placing the magnetic poles in the same directions. Annular yokes 27, 28 constructed of a soft magnetic body are coupled magnetically with the edges of the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets 25, 26 respectively as to make the soft magnetic body plates 23, 24 to be positioned in the annular parts thereof. |
