PURPOSE:To perform a bending work with good productivity and high accuracy without necessitating a trial bending by providing a measuring means of bending angle near the lower die in the title device equipped with the controlling function of the approaching distance of upper die and lower die. CONSTITUTION:A distance measuring means 5 is provided at the position in opposition to the bend side or angular apex of the member 4 of the gap part between two divided parts of lower die 3 in a controlling device 1 of the bending angle of a press brake. The means 5 detects the distance of upto the member 4 of the case when once the upper die 8 is ascended to the extent of parting from the member 4, after upper die 8 fitted to a ram 7 of the press brake 2 is descended to the prescribed initial descending position and bent the member 4. An arithmetic processing means 9 calculates the bending angle of the member 4 from the distance signal thereof and the fit position of the means 5, and ram descending correction is found with comparing that with the information concerning the members angle and the ram descending position stored in a memory means 11. The work is performed by giving an order for descent quantity in accordance with the signal thereof to a ram driving part 14 by a ram descending controlling means 13. |
