It is placed in a spacer plate 18 which is pierced with openings 20, each intended to receive a tube 8 of the heat exchanger and to allow the passage of the fluid circulating around the tubes. It comprises a ring for fixing to the plate 18, defining with the tube 8 a uniform annular passage for the said fluid, this ring being extended by at least three elastic tabs 22c which are symmetrically inclined towards the axis of the opening 20 so as to press on the tube 8 and hold it along the axis the of the opening 20.
