PURPOSE:To facilitate adhesion of adsorbing material having low specific gravity to metal plate having low melting point by securing the adsorbing material on a low melting point metal plate through fusion while stopping by means of a weight board. CONSTITUTION:A low melting point metal plate 11 such as high temperature solder is mounted in a metal mold 15 having a frame 15a. Adsorbing material 6 such as active carbon is distributed uniformly on said plate 11. Then a weight plate 16 is mounted on said adsorbing agent 6, and heated in a furnace 17. Consequently, said plate 11 is fused and the adsorbing material 6 is burried by half by means of the weight plate 16. Under this state, it is cooled and solidified metal plate 11 is taken out, to be fixed onto the cryogenic face.
