PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by a method wherein plate fins are provided with water drip promoting units to prevent flow down of molten water into the lower part of a heat collecting unit. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant circuit 9a is constituted by connecting a compressor 1, a feed water heating condenser 3, an expansion device 4 and a heat collector 7, the heat exchanging device of the feed water heating condenser 3 is provided with a feed water heating circuit 12a, the heat collecting section of the heat collector 7 is constituted of the plate fins 21 and a fin tube type heat exchanger consisting of pipelines, through which the refrigerant flows, and the plate fins 21 are provided with the water drip promoting units. According to this constitution, the molten water is excluded from the heat collecting section by dripping it from the lower surfaces of the fins without flowing it into the lower part of the heat collecting section upon frosting of the heat collecting section, the decrease of effective heat collecting area due to re-freezing of the molten water upon heat re-collecting operation may be prevented and the improvements of operating efficiency as well as the temperature of hot-water may be contrived. |
