PURPOSE:To facilitate the spring-up of a seat cushion without deteriorating the confortability of seating, by standing up seat cushion after the seat cushion is moved forward of a vehicle body to ensure the length of the seat cushion. CONSTITUTION:A lock pin 17 on a braket 16 is engaged in a guide groove 15 formed in a guide plate 14 attached to the lower surface of a seat cushion 2, and is further engaged with the pawl section 22 of a lock lever 20 to establish a first lock member 18. A second lock member 25 composed of a base plate 25b formed therein with an engaging groove 25a for a striker, a hook lever 25c adapted to be engaged with the striker and a spring 25d urging the hook lever 25c, is attached to the one lateral surface of a seat back.
