PURPOSE:To make cooling gas flow uniformly to cooling gas passages by fixing a resistance plate in which jet nozzles are arranged so as to face cooling gas passages between a rigid frame pressed to a stacked surface on which cooling gas passages of cell stack and an inlet side manifold. CONSTITUTION:A resistor plate 23 in which jet nozzles are arranged so as to face cooling gas passages 8 is placed between a cooling air manifoled 21 having an inlet duct 21' in its lower portion and a rigid frame 13 to which the manifold is fixed with a set of sealing material interposed, and the manifoled 21 and the resistor plate 23 are fixed to the frame with screws. A guide frame 24 which guides cooling gas from jet nozzles to each cooling gas passages is installed in the resistor plate 23. Since the resistor plate 23 forms a uniform pressure chamber, cooling gas supplied by applying pressure from the lower part uniformly flows from each jet nozzle 22 to mated cooling gas passage 8. |
