PURPOSE:To imprve the operability of a front-loading type player, by increasing the moving amount of the player sliding section when the stylus is exchanged, and so forth, than the case when the player is normally used. CONSTITUTION:When a loading amount change-over knob 13 is pushed in the direction shown by the arrow (b) (backward), the long hole 13c of the knob 13 is pushed down in the direction shown by the arrow (c) (downward) along the long hole 13c and a switching lever 14 makes rotational movement around a shaft 15 in the direction shown by the arrow (f) (downward). When a player sliding section 2 moves in the direction shown by the arrow (a) (forward) under this condition, the bottom surface of a switching lever pushing section 14b contacts with a switch stopper 10. Accordingly, the switching lever 14 is pushed backward along a long hole 14a installed to the switching lever 14 and a switch pushing section 14d directly pushes the front end section 8a of a leaf switch 8. As a result, the movement of the player sliding section 2 in the direction shown by the arrow (a) (forward) is stopped. Therefore, the moving amount at this time becomes shorter than the case when the knob 13 is pulled forward and the player sliding section 2 is moved forward by a distance B. |
