PURPOSE:To obtain a film having improved medicinal effect and durability of medicinal effect, by introducing a liquid agent into the interior of a tubular film consisting of a non-rigid resin, etc. having compatibility with the agent, making the film flat, permeating the agent into the film. CONSTITUTION:A liquid agent is introduced into the interior of a tubular film at least whose inside consisting of (A) a non-rigid resin having compatibility with the agent, or (B) a composition comprising the component A and a thermoplastic resin having incompatibility with the agent, so that the inner face of the tubular film is wet. In this state, the film is made falt, and the agent is permeated into the film, to give the aimed film. Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. may be cited as the component A. Perfume, a mildewproofing agent, rust preventive, antistatic agent, insecticide, antiseptic, etc. used as the agent. |
