PURPOSE:To perform accurate centering and to produce efficiently a stuck type disk which is less in eccentricity, by centering the disk to specified core materials at the center of a working base body together with an inner peripheral spacer. CONSTITUTION:Disks 3 are fitted to respective base bodies 1, 2 by putting center poles 5, 6 in the center hole (h) of an attachment 4 and the disks 3 are temporarily fixed by taking out the air in the inner peripheral groove 7 and outer peripheral groove 7 of each base body through a pipe 9. Then the attachment 4 and center pole 5 are removed. Thereafter, an outside peripheral spacer 12 is placed on the disk 3 fixed to the base body 2 and an inner peripheral spacer 10 is put on the center pole 6. After the spacer 10 is put, a bonding agent is applied in advance to prescribed parts of both spacers 10, 12. Then both the base bodies 1, 2 are assembled and brought into contact wih each other under pressure. The center pole 6 is put in the opening 5a of the base body 1 and bolts 13, 14 are screwed by means of pressure springs 15, and then, the fization by vacuum adsorption is released. When the bonding agent hardens, the base bodies 1, 2 are separated from each other and the bonded disk body is taken out. |
