摘要 PURPOSE:To analyze the many components of a sample simultaneously and quantitatively by a TV camera, by projecting light on the sample of protein and the like, passing the reflected light through filters having different transmittances, and expanding the range of optical density. CONSTITUTION:A sample of protein and the like is applied on a supporting body 4 and separated into components by an electrophoresis method and the like. Then dyeing is performed. Light L is emitted from a light source 5 and projected on the supporting body 4. The reflected light L transmits through optical filters 8a and 8b having different transmittances in correspondence with the wavelengths of the light. The optical filters 8a and 8b are arranged on a rotary plate 7a and rotated, and the light is transmitted. Then the transmitted light is made to pass a lens 10, picked up by an image sensor 11 and inputted to a processor 3. The components are detected from the transmittances of the filters 8a and 8b for respective components. The concentrations are determined from the optical densities and displayed on display devices 18 and 19. By using a plurality of the optical fibers having the different transmittances, the components of the protein can be simultaneously analyzed highly accurately.
