PURPOSE:To prevent a broth from dripping to an apparatus cock by arranging a concave or convex bead on the bottom surface of a top board. CONSTITUTION:A concave bead 21 is provided on the undersurface of the bottom surface of a top board 19. Broth boiling over from a pan or the like on a trivet 19 is received and accumulated with the top board 20. But even when the boiling over thereof exceeds the capacity of the top board 20, the broth trickles through the back of the top board 20 from a part C thereof 20 and accumulated into the convex bead 21 portion below and drips onto a middle board 18 to prevent the dripping thereof to the apparatus cock.
