PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure angular aperture and a numerical aperture quickly by a simple structure, by measuring the emitted light from a lens to be measured at least two positions. CONSTITUTION:The emitted light from a light source 2 becomes parallel luminous fluxes by a collimator lens 4 and inputted to a lens 3 to be measured. The luminous flux, which has transmitted through the lens 3, is divided by a semi- transparent mirror 5. The reflected luminous flux is inputted to a one-dimensional line sensor 6. The transmitted light is inputted to a one-dimensional line sensor 7. With respect to the luminous flux L1, which is yielded on the sensor 6, photoelectric conversion elements of the sensor 6 are sequentially driven, and a rectangular wave signal S is obtained. Then, the diameter d1 of the luminous flux of the signal S is measured by a measuring device 8a. The diameter d2 of the luminous flux from the sensor 7 is also measured by a measuring device 8b by the same way. Then the angular aperture and the numerical aperture are computed in an operating circuit 9 based on the diameters d1 and d2 of the luminous fluxes. The results are displayed on a display 10. |
