PURPOSE:To inhibit securely data from being recorded on a magnetic disk by displaying fixedly the number of recorded data at an additional recording disablement position of a recording device in which the package is loaded. CONSTITUTION:Circular openings 36 and 38 are formed in an upper body 22 and a lower body 24 at corresponding positions and an annular member 40 is fitted them. The member 40 is so shaped that when the package 20 is loaded in a general image recording device, a driving spindle 100 for a display counter for the number of recorded data rotates and its tip part 102 is inserted into an openin 60 to fit a key 106 in a key groove 66. Then, the member 40 is so arranged that the groove 66 is at an angle position indicating a counted value corresponding to the additional recording disablement position of the display counter for the number of recorded data, a lock member 302 locks tightly part of a notch 300 corresponding to said position, thereby fixing the groove 66 at the display position of the counted value. Thus, the disk 10 is placed in a recording inhibition state.
