PURPOSE:To speedily judge the posture of a workpiece and take-out the workpiece by arranging a detecting and adsorbing head for the workpiece in shiftable and turnable ways in the horizontal and vertical directions onto an arranging jig having a pin hole, in the captioned apparatus for a minute electronic part having uneven parts. CONSTITUTION:A driving apparatus 18 is driven by a controller 19, and an arranging-jig receiving plate 6 is moved only in the longitudinal and transverse directions through an eccentric shaft 141 and a bearing 15, and circular revolution movement is performed by the eccentric shaft 141. Therefore, a workpiece 1 on a jig 2 is slided on the jig 2 and dropped into the carved part 3 of the jig 2. Then, a detecting and adsorbing head 7 is positioned over one carved part 3 on the jig 2 by the controller 19, and the posture of the workpiece 1 is judged from the light receiving situation of a light receiving part 7 which varies according to the position relation between a light emitting part 5 and a pin hole 4, and the workpiece is adsorbed by the detecting and adsorbing head 7, and the direction of the workpiece 1 is corrected by turning a rod 12. With such constitution, high- speed arrangement is permitted. |
