摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of kitchen appliances on which a ceramic pigment is printed including a step of preparing a plate on which a gauge is printed, press-forming the plate on which the gauge is printed into an article of a desired shape, and checking positions of a portion where an induction function is performed and a portion where desired patterns are formed with a gauge displayed on the press-formed article; a step of preparing a plate to be manufactured into kitchen appliances and grinding the surface of the plates; a step of primarily plasticizing to form an oxidation film on the plate; a step of silk-screen printing on the portions of the primarily plasticized article where the induction function is performed and where the desired patterns are formed based on the checked positions of the portion where the induction function is performed and the portion where the desired patterns are formed with the gauge by utilizing the ceramic pigment; a step of drying silk-screen printed article and secondarily plasticizing the same; a step of polishing the secondarily plasticized article; a step of cutting the polished article by desired size; and a step of forming the cut articles into a desired shape. The present invention accurately prints the gauge on the center of the plate, press-forming the plate, and performs silk-screen printing after checking the position of the plate where the patterns are printed so that the present invention performs silk-screen printing on the accurate position; has no need to utilize transferring paper; easily polishes the plate by polishing the plate before forming; and improves productivity as polishing efficiency is high.
