PURPOSE:To enable the quick preparation of a necessary amount of boiled noodle, by weighing and supplying wheat flour and water continuously to a high- speed instantaneous beater mixer, kneading the components, extruding through the die in the form of noodles, and throwing the noodles into the boiling water tank without delay. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is supplied continuously from the continuous automatic weighing apparatus 1 through the spout 2 to the high-speed instantaneous beater mixer 6. Separately, water is supplied continuously from the tank 3 to the mixer 6 by the continuous automatic metering apparatus 4. Both components are mixed together in the mixer 6, kneaded under pressure in the vertical cylinder 9, extruded through the bottom die 12 in the form of noodles 14 into the boiling water 21 in the vessel 20, and cut to definite length with the cutter knife 13. The vessel 20 containing the prescribed amount of noodles is transferred through the boiling water 21 to effect the boiling of the noodles. |
