PURPOSE:To move a setting jig forward as it is previously positioned to door openings without using a locator, by correcting the location of the origin for the setting jig depending on the deviation of the jig from the normal set positions of the door openings. CONSTITUTION:A position detector 13, which detects the positional deviation of door openings b, b', is provided so that driving cylinders 10a, 12a for a first movable frame 10 and a third movable frame 12, which are drivers for moving a setting jig 6 in the directions of the width and height of a vehicle, are operated according to a signal from the position detector 13. As a result, the location of the origin for the setting jig 6 is corrected depending on the positional deviation of the door openings b, b' before the jig is moved forward. |
