摘要 The present invention relates to a load circuit for controlling power of a regenerative braking apparatus and a regenerative braking system. The regenerative braking system comprises: a coil in which a current is induced; a storage battery into which the current induced in the coil flows; and a load circuit controlling the current flowing into the storage battery. The load circuit includes: a rectifying unit into which a part of the current flowing into the storage battery is input; a voltage generating unit converting the current, passing through the rectifying unit, into a voltage; a voltage distributing unit distributing an output voltage of the voltage generating unit to generate a control signal; and a switch unit interrupting the current, flowing into the rectifying unit, according to the control signal. According to the present invention, the power of the regenerative braking apparatus is controlled to prevent overcharging of the storage battery, thereby maintaining torque during regenerative braking. The present invention further controls the power of the regenerative braking apparatus using the analog load circuit, thus controlling the power of the regenerative braking apparatus with lower production costs compared to a digital controller.
