PURPOSE:To obtain a recording and reproducing device which does not damage a medium by using glass having the same working temp. as an adhesive agent for all adhering parts to adhere and constitute a magnetic head thereby eliminating the step in the adhered parts. CONSTITUTION:A recording and reproducing head core block 100. an erasing head core block 200 and a spacer block 400 are simultaneously adhered with a spacer block 400 therebetween at about 600 deg.C working temp. The thickness of the adhesive agent layer is made about 0.4mum in this stage. A recording and reproducing head core block 110 and an erasing head core block 210 are adhered at the same temp. as the above-described temp. with the same thinness by using the glass having the same working temp. on the respective outsides of the blocks obtd. in the above-described 1st stage. The glass having the same working temp. is used as the adhesive agent for all the adhering parts to adhere and constitute the head in the above-mentioned way, by which the step in the adhered parts is eliminated. The recording and reproducing device which does not damage the medium is thus obtd. |
