PURPOSE:To improve operability without specific operation by automatically transferring the contents of a DRAM to a nonvolatile memory after a prescribed data input step and then automatically transferring the contents to the DRAM again when turning on a power supply again. CONSTITUTION:If it is determined that the contents of the 1st storage area 11a of the DRAM11 are transferred to the 1st area 21a of the nonvolatile memory 21 after the 4th, 5th and 11th steps, the contents DA of the area 11a are transferred and stored to/in the area 21. Similarly, the contents DA, DB, DA-DC in the area 11a are respectively transferred to the area 21a and rewritten after the data input in the 5th and 11th steps. If the power supply is turned off respectively after the 4th, 5th and 11th steps and then turned on again, the respective contents of the area 21a are automatically restored to the area 11a and NC data are formed in respective steps. |
