PURPOSE:To drive a variable speed motor with a load current which is the optimum to the output condition of a solar battery, by finding the light receiving quantity of the battery from its short-circuit current and the cell temperature of the battery from its release voltage and correcting a current command signal. CONSTITUTION:At a short-circuit current detecting section 7, a short-circuit switch 7a is intermittently closed and a short-circuit current from a current transformer 7b is detected by a short-circuit current detector 7c. Moreover, the light receiving quatity if estimated by a current calculating section 7d and a current command signal is outputted. On the other hand, at a temperature correcting section 10 a releasing switch 10d is intermittently opened and a detection switch 10f is closed. A voltage detector 10a detects a release voltage and the temperature of a cell is found by a converter 10b. Then a correcting value is operated from the temperature of the cell and the current command signal is corrected at a corrector 10c. A load current is always detected by a load current detector 8b through a current transformer 8a and a speed command signal is sent to a control circuit 4 in accordance the current command signal operated and corrected so that it can become the optimum to the output current of a solar battery 3. |
