According to the present invention, disclosed are a battery module, a battery pack, and a battery pack and a vehicle including the same which can prevent short-circuits between electrode leads of battery cells. According to an aspect of the present invention, the battery module comprises: the battery cells with the electrode leads; cartridges prepared to be stackable while the battery cells are placed on the cartridges; and lead cover units of insulation materials interposed between electrode leads, which are installed in two adjacent battery cells respectively to prevent contacts between the electrode leads, which are installed in two adjacent battery cells respectively.
