<p>PURPOSE:To attain to miniaturize the titled apparatus and to reduce the cost thereof while holding sufficient dehumidification capacity, by supplying a part of air, which is dehumidified air from one chamber and of which the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure, to the other chamber. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus is provided with a pressurizing apparatus 1 for pressurizing air to enhance the steam partial pressure thereof, an apparatus 2 for cooling pressurized air, a steam pervious apparatus 3, wherein pressurized cooling air from the cooling apparatus 2 is supplied to one of two chambers partitioned by a steam permselective high-molecular membrane 3a to transfer steam in pressurized cooling air to the other chamber through the high-molecular membrane 3a by steam partial pressure difference between both chambers and pressurized cooling air is dehumidified, and a humidification apparatus for regulating the humidity of air by humidifying dehumidified air.</p> |
