PURPOSE:To easily set an optional window frame at an optional position by using a jig the same in size and shape with the window frame to be set, and sticking it directly at the desired position, and inputting a screen image. CONSTITUTION:An image passed through a lens 1 is converted by an image pickup element 2 into an electric signal, which is converted by a memory writing circuit 3 into a binary signal of white (1) and black (0) and stored in video memories 4 and 5. The stored data are processed by a CPU6 and outputted to a robot and a sequencer through an input/output part 7. In such a case, a two- layered tape 1 which has a white upper layer and a black lower layer is cut in the same shape and to the same size with the window frame to be set and stuck at the position of the hole 10 of a body work B so as to discriminate the holed body work B from a white body work A at a specific position by using an in-window picture element counting method.
