PURPOSE:To control the circulation of an operating fluid flowing through an oil cooler, invariably keep the temperature of lubricating oil adequate, and keep the circulation quantity of a refrigeration cycle adequate by providing a control valve sensing the outside air temperature for operation on part of the passage of the oil cooler. CONSTITUTION:When the outside air temperature is high in such a season as summer, the coil 29 of a control valve 25a provided on part of a rising pipe 22a outside a closed casing 1 is extended as shown by a solid line, and a needle 28 opens a valve seat 27. Therefore, the operating medium in an oil coolder 20a flows down along the inclination of a heat radiator 21b, and repeats the circulation flowing through the control valve 25a to an oil cooling section 21a to cool the lubricating oil 17. Next, when the outside air temperature becomes low in such a season as winter, the coil 29 is shrunk to lift the needle 28 to the two- dot chain line position and close the valve seat 27. Thereby, the circulation of the operating medium is stopped. Accordingly, the temperature of the lubricating oil is invariably kept adequate, and the refrigerant circulation quantity of the refrigeration cycle can be kept adequate.
