The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating an aerosol. The apparatus comprises: a chamber storing a solution in an internally-provided storing space and including an aerosol generation unit generating the aerosol from the solution, a carrier gas injection tube to which carrier gas is injected in order to transport the aerosol, and an aerosol discharging tube discharging the aerosol; and a voltage application unit applying a ground voltage to the solution in the chamber and a voltage to the aerosol discharging tube, wherein the aerosol may be split, when the aerosol passes through the aerosol discharging tube to which the voltage is applied. The present invention provides the apparatus for generating an aerosol, capable of easily controlling an aerosol generation amount.
