PURPOSE:To control the temperature at low value, by heaping up coil units one after another to be vertically contained in a core slot. CONSTITUTION:One unit of coil wire 2 is organized by collecting a plurality of insulating wire pieces of small sectional area. The coil wire 2 is wound up spirally round a barrel-roof shaped core plate 5a of a barrel-roof type coil former 5 which is wide between side plates 5b, 5b'. After that, coil units 20 formed in desired shapes are obtained by removing the side plate 5b, 5b' and partition plates 5c one after another. The coils 20 are heaped up one sequentially to be contained in a core slot 4. As a result, electric current through the coil units is almost uniformly distributed and the temperature can be controlled at low value. |
