PURPOSE:In the proliferation of Trichoderma, it is inoculated to a medium mainly consisting of peat moss without pre-sterilization and proliferation whereby it is used to control or combat causative microorganisms of plant diseases. CONSTITUTION:Peat moss is combined with starch, mixed together with water and the product is used, without sterilization, as a culture medium. Trichoderma is inoculated to the resultant medium and cultured. The resultant culture mixture of good quality is directly used to control or combat diseases of crop plants. |
