The invention relates to a steering locking anti-theft device for motor vehicles, comprising a casing 1 containing a cylinder lock 2 able to actuated by means of a key 3 so as to rotate a cam rotor 4 which actuates a lock which can move between a retracted rest position and an extended working position for rotationally blocking the steering shaft of a vehicle.
